I traveled 5000 miles, but NO BADGE

Ive tried writing multiple emails to the developers over the past year or two. Unfortunately there was no reply. I love this app, but with ought fixing the bugs or updates, I would advise not to get your hopes up regarding its functionality. I live in California and traveled to multiple islands in the Caribbean. I did not receive those badges, nor did the app even acknowledge I visited those places even though the fog was cleared. Very frustrating.
